Amanda came running into the pharmacy this afternoon just to pop in and to say hi!  She was just beaming, relaxed and ever so happy. Her and Dave had just returned from their awesome honeymoon at Cathedral Lakes. (which is  ammmazing and we all need to go! according to Amanda). I know that after hearing her stories M and I will be looking into it for sure!  Up on the top of the world where they were staying they had no access to the internet…but they discovered an employee who had access!! whoooop whooop!  Amanda so eager to check in for a sneak peek managed to sweet talk the guy into letting them on to the computer!  What a girl. She made me laugh and she was just so excited to see the photos! She mentioned that they were so happy with their decision to let us take them where ever we like for photos. They gave us so much time and freedom with them on their wedding day and for that we thank you, we thank you. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed, easy-going couple. You remind me why I love what I do! And because I love a happy bride so much…..you guessed it….SNEAK PEEK!

I wanted to take a quick opportunity to show off the latest creation of mine! A trendy album I designed to use as a guest book at our recent wedding!  All the gorgeous photos are thanks to the lovely lovely Jamie Delaine, and if you haven’t checked out our e-session or wedding photos you can see them HERE!

The album has a sleek design and modern look to it. The cover is acyrlic and showcases one of my favorite images from our e-session. I especially love the nice thick pages and the way the spreads lie perfectly flat when you open up the book. No picture is lost in the seem!  All images are flushmount meaning they are designed as full page spreads and then printed onto high quality paper! The album is also delivered in a simple black leather box for safe keeping. But I think I’ll leave it on the coffee table for a little while longer! The guest book worked perfectly for us and now we have an awesome photo album complete with words of love and support from our family and friends!

Living Way YOUTH

September 7, 2010

Meet the highly energetic YOUTH at Living Way Church in Oliver, BC! This is the church that M and I like to call “ours”. Its comfortable, friendly and seems to teach us more and more about the Word all the time! Pastors Mark and Rae Pankratz bring so much positive encouragement to all of us as they speak about Jesus Christ and His teachings in a way that hits home, every time.  The praise and worship team is second to none, singing there hearts out to praise beats that stay in your head long after the Sunday service comes to a close! Also managed to sneak in a couple photos of the inhouse band Luminous Edge (who just released their first CD, yay!).  SO here are our youth at an impromptu session that we did at the last church service of summer, just before some of them head off to college and Uni this fall!! Enjoy you guys, see some of you soon and to the rest good luck this year!!
